A shimmering Labradorite with shades of rich blue is the focus of this pendant - the oval cabochon is set inside a twisted wire border, and the back of the pendant is textured with a leafy vines leather pattern.
Inuit cultures believed that the labradorite was the aurora borealis captured in stone. Labradorite is believed to create a shield for auras and to protect against negativity from outside as well as from within ourselves. Labradorite is known for its changing colors, so it is no surprise this gemstone is known as a stone of transformation, enhancing strength of will and inner worth.
Stone size: 18x28mm
Pendant size: approximately 1" wide by 1 3/4" long from top of bail
Pendants are sold separately without a chain. To purchase a chain, please see the chain lengths available and add to your purchase. Rollo chains (as shown) close with a hook clasp. I use a handmade hook closure because I use handmade components whenever possible – if you prefer a lobster clasp, please let me know when you order and I will switch the clasp out for no charge. Lobster clasps are mass-produced.
